1. Data controller
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, your personal data is processed by VARDA Teknoloji (“VARDA”) as data controller, as described in this notice. 2. Data we process
When you contact us through the form or by e-mail we process your name (identity), e-mail address and phone number (contact), company and sector (professional information), the content of your request and, for the security of the form, the submission time and IP address (transaction security). Please do not include special categories of personal data in your request.
3. Purposes
We process your data to assess and answer your request, schedule conversations, run proposal and contract processes, prevent misuse of the form, keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal bases and collection
Data is collected electronically through the contact form and e-mail. Processing relies on Article 5/2-c KVKK (necessary for entering into or performing a contract), Article 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and Article 5/2-f (our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights are not harmed) — and the corresponding GDPR bases where it applies.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above and under appropriate safeguards, with the hosting and e-mail providers we use and, on request, with competent public authorities. Where a provider’s servers are located abroad, transfers are made in line with Article 9 KVKK.
6. Retention
Correspondence about your request is kept for a reasonable period after the request is concluded if no business relationship follows, or for the periods required by law if it does, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK (and Articles 15–22 GDPR where applicable) you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask that these actions be notified to third parties, object to outcomes based solely on automated processing and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send requests about your rights to info@vardateknoloji.com with information that allows us to identify you. We respond free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
9. Cookies and local storage
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical preferences — such as your language and interface states like a dismissed notice — are kept in your browser’s local storage, and they are never sent to us.
